Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and BRO FOR PRO, IE ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the CatPress mobile application for iOS and the website https://catpress.app (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services and uninstall any applications.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). If you are under the legal age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Services.

2. Account

You access the Services through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Services Description

The Services allow you to upload photographs of yourself and/or your cats as reference images to generate new AI-powered images featuring you together with your pet(s). We offer both free and paid generations through subscriptions or token packs.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any photographs or images you upload to the Services (including images containing your face or the faces of other people, as well as images of pets).

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, store, reproduce, modify (as necessary for technical processing), and transmit such User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services, including sending the images together with a generated prompt to our AI service providers.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all necessary rights and consents to upload the User Content;
  • The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights);
  • The upload and processing of the User Content complies with all applicable laws.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Uploaded reference photos (full, non-anonymized images) along with an internal textual prompt are sent to the following AI providers:

  1. fal.ai (nano-banana-2 model) — full photos + prompt
  2. fal.ai (nano-banana-pro model) — same as fallback
  3. OpenAI (GPT-Image-1) — only the textual prompt (no photos)

We do not send your personal identifiers (name, email), user/pet IDs, or file metadata to these providers. We do not use your uploaded photos to train any AI models.

6. Generated Content

All AI-generated images are provided "as is". You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise explicitly permitted. We do not guarantee that generated images will accurately or perfectly represent your reference photos.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions and token packs are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. All payments are subject to the rules of the respective platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the platform's procedures. We do not store payment card information.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or violates any person's privacy rights;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the AI models or underlying technology;
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
  • Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content and suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services, underlying technology, AI models and our trademarks remain exclusively with BRO FOR PRO, IE and its licensors. You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Services and all generated content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations or accurately reflect uploaded references.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRO FOR PRO, IE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BRO FOR PRO, IE is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Services or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
