Refund Policy

Introduction

BRO FOR PRO, IE offers subscriptions and token packs for CatPress. Refunds are handled as follows.

Apple App Store / Google Play Purchases

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are subject to their respective policies. Please request refunds directly through your App Store / Play Store account.

Web Purchases

Refunds for direct web purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not granted after the purchased tokens have been used or generations have been made.

How to Request a Refund

• Apple / Google: use the built-in refund request in your account settings.
• Direct support: email [email protected] with your order ID and reason.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.
